From November 30 to December 2, we invite you to a keynote speech and a workshop around next gen team work and training. Our speaker Madeleine Laugeri, will present the "Emerging Change," a simple and powerful intervention tool, which she has developed and validated over 20 years of advising executive teams in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Unlike other approaches, this method values the team as a partner of the leader/teacher, and recognizes each person's contribution to the group, in order to ensure high collective performance. Madeleine Laugeri teaches this approach, presented extensively in the book "Les clés du dialogue hiérarchique," at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland.
